Buon lunedì a tutti!

Continuo ad apprezzare sempre più le persone che scelgono di fare un lavoro per passione. Anche se magari questo lavoro nulla c’entra con gli studi compiuti. Per questo oggi vorrei farvi conoscere Elena Valisi, un tecnico di medicina nucleare con un debole per i dolci. Da sempre appassionata di cucina, nel 2011 in una locanda di Trastevere, non esita a rispondere a chi glielo chiede che ciò che le piace veramente è cucinare!Da lì un diploma all’istituto alberghiero di Gallarate ed esperienze in un giovane ristorante milanese oltre che come chef a domicilio e servizio catering. Nasce così Emvi’s Sweet Creations, che offre servizi per cerimonie, compleanni, chef a domicilio, catering e lezioni di cucina!

I’m appreciating so much people who chooses a work for passion. Even if this work isn’t the one they studied for. So it’s a pleasure to introduce Elena Valisi, a nuclear medicine engineer in love with sweets. She has always been in love with cooking, and in 2011 in a Trastevere restaurant, she confirmed what she really likes: cooking!Then, a diploma in the hotel institute of Gallarate and work experiences in a Milan restaurant and as private chef and catering. Emvi’s Sweet Creations was born in this way and offers services for ceremonies, birthdays, private chef, catering and cooking lessons!

Ispirazioni da tutto il mondo perchè Elena ha vissuto a New York, conosce benissimo Parigi e sperimenta moltissimo la cucina giapponese: quindi può spaziare dalla pasta all’italiana al pesce crudo, e al tempo stesso sfornare abilmente cupcakes, suo cavallo di battaglia, torte strepitose, macarons (anche salati!) e lollipops/cake pops.

In her recipes worldwide inspirations, because Elena lived New York, knows very well Paris and test very much Japanese cuisine: so she makes Italian pasta as well as raw fish, and then cupcakes (her strong-suit), wonderful cakes, macarons (salted too!) and lollipops/cake pops.

Per Le Jour du Oui preparerà magnifici dolcetti da degustare al prossimo open day domenica 28 ottobre presso Cascina Farisengo a Cremona. Quindi stay tuned!
