Charo Ruiz Collections

It’s always interesting the meeting with new designers, and that with Charo Ruiz was great!

Charo Ruiz is an established and original Ibizan fashion brand born in 1989, famous for women collections and for the Bridal collection as well. The Spring-Summer 2016 Collection looks at the past and is full of iconic pieces that recall the rural origins of the island. Ibiza hosted artists from all over the world and gave them inspirations: from Narcis Puget to Salvador Dalì, from Jean Paul Belmondo to Jim Morrison, they contributed to create the idea of bohemian life who still feature the island. I love that Charo Ruiz chose to be inspired by the roots and that their outfits reflect the soul of the island through fabrics, ancient textile techniques and refined details.
